About The Course
The HIV/AIDS course provides learners with an in depth introduction to the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and its progression to AIDS. Learners will gain an understanding of the history of HIV and its prevalence. The course eliminates common myths surrounding the virus and explores current treatment options and associated illnesses.
This course is suitable for those who just want to know more about HIV/AIDS and those who are supporting clients with the virus.
Learners must demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all group activities, case studies and group discussions.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion
6 Hours, typical course times are 0930-1630.
The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client
A maximum of 15 learners per trainer are allowed
