About The Course

The Person centred planning course has been designed to create an understanding of how to deliver and instil person centred values within health and social care. The course introduces learners to Regulation 9 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008, which focuses on the delivery of appropriate individualised care and treatment based on an in depth assessment of client needs and preferences.

Learners must demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all group activities, case studies and group discussions.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion
3 Hours, typical course times are 0930-1630.
The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client
A maximum of 15 learners per trainer are allowed
