About The Course

The Mental Health and Wellbeing course provides an understanding of what mental health and well being are how they are linked. This course is useful to those who work within the health and social care sector supporting individuals who may experience poor mental health and wellbeing whilst in care. The course provides learners with an understanding of the effect that mental health can have on an individual’s well being and to recognise the signs of mental health deterioration.

Learners must demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all group activities, case studies and group discussions.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion
3 Hours, typical course times are 0930-1630.
The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client
A maximum of 15 learners per trainer are allowed
