About The Course

The Care Certificate consists of the new minimum standards that are now mandatory for all new health and social staff to cover as part of their induction training. The aim is to ensure that all staff receive the same introduction, education and skills to enable and prepare them to deliver a high quality of care.

The Care Certificate can also be used to refresh and improve the knowledge of existing health and social care staff.

 

Learners must demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all group activities, case studies and group discussion.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion
18 hours over a 3 day period, typical course times are 0930-1630.
The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client
A maximum of 15 learners per trainer are allowed
