About The Course
The Supervision and Appraisal course is designed for employers, managers and senior staff who are responsible for the management of staff. The course creates an understanding of the importance of supervisions and appraisals for the management and development of staff. Learners will understand how supervisions and appraisals should be structured and carried out and how to embed these skills into their working practise.
Learners must demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all group activities, case studies and group discussion.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion
3 hours over a 1 day period, typical course times are 0930-1630.
The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client
A maximum of 15 learners per trainer are allowed
