About The Course

The Reporting and Recording course is essential for all those working within the health and social care sector regardless of role. The course creates an understanding of the importance of effective reporting and record keeping in various areas of the care role. Learners will understand the reporting process and the different methods of recording information.

Learners must demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all group activities, case studies and group discussions.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion
3 Hours, typical course times are 0930-1630.
The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client
A maximum of 15 learners per trainer are allowed
