About The Course
The Nutrition and Hydration course is designed for those working with individuals within the health and social care sector who require support with nutrition and hydration. Learners will gain an understanding of the importance of good nutrition and hydration and the effect that malnutrition has on the human body. The course provides knowledge on how to recognise signs of poor nutrition and hydration and how to promote a balanced healthy diet to individuals receiving care.
Learners must demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all group activities, case studies and group discussions.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion
3 Hours, typical course times are 0930-1630.
The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client
A maximum of 15 learners per trainer are allowed
