About The Course

Course Outline:
This qualification is designed principally for those who work in, or intend to work in, a retail environment where both packaged and/or open foods are available. It is also appropriate for people providing a service, for example delivery drivers and home delivery employees.

This qualification can be assessed by a multiple-choice examination or workbook.
HABC Level 2 Certification
9 hours over a 1 day period, typical course times are 0930-1630.
