About The Course

The Food Safety course provides learners who handle food and drink as a part of their roles with the essential information needed to ensure food safety and prevent illness from food poisoning and food borne illnesses.

This course is suitable for those working within a care role and those working within any food service environment.

 

Learners must demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all group activities, case studies and group discussion.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion
3 Hours, typical course times are 0930-1630.
The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client
A maximum of 15 learners per trainer are allowed
