About The Course

The Equality and Diversity course gives learners an understanding of the importance of equality and inclusion and the responsibility that everyone has in its promotion. The course also makes learners aware of how they can challenge prejudice and discrimination at work.

 

Learners must demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all group activities, case studies and group discussions.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion.
18 hours over a 3 day period, typical course times are 0930-1630.
The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client
A maximum of 15 learners per trainer are allowed
