About The Course

The Confidentiality course is essential for all workers who have access to or work in an environment containing sensitive information. This course provides learners with an understanding of the moral and legal responsibility that every employee has to protect data in accordance with relevant legislation such as; the General Data Protection Regulation 2018. Learners will gain an understanding of what confidentiality means and its importance in regards to patient identifiable information.

Learners must demonstrate a willingness to learn and participate in all group activities, case studies and group discussions.
All learners will receive a certificate of completion
3 Hours, typical course times are 0930-1630.
The course can be delivered at locations to suit the client
A maximum of 15 learners per trainer are allowed
